Helixon provides business‑to‑business consulting services related to active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates, including supplier discovery and qualification, commercial negotiation support, audit coordination (desk/on‑site), logistics/Incoterms planning, and regulatory/dossier alignment. We do not sell, warehouse, distribute, import, export, manufacture, or test APIs or medicinal products. We do not act as a marketing authorisation holder. Any procurement a client undertakes is executed directly between the client and third‑party suppliers under their own licences and responsibility.

2) No Medical Advice

All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or clinical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or pharmacist guidance. Do not rely on the website to make medical decisions. 3) No Offer / No Solicitation

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, quotation, or solicitation to sell or purchase APIs, medicinal products, or controlled substances. Any potential engagement with Helixon is subject to mutual due diligence, acceptance, and execution of a written service agreement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue engagements at our discretion in order to meet compliance obligations.

4) Controlled Substances; Licensing & KYC

Where controlled substances or precursor chemicals may be involved, Helixon only engages with properly licensed entities and strictly within applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid regulatory licences/registrations and providing KYC/AML documentation and compliance confirmations reasonably requested by Helixon. We may suspend or refuse services if satisfactory evidence of licensing or compliance is not provided.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helixon disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business), arising out of or related to the website or services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total consulting fees actually paid to Helixon for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. We make no guarantees as to supplier performance, regulatory approvals, product availability, lead times, or pricing, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third‑party information.

6) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal/Compliance page and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye / England . The courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) / London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this page or the website, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules not being applicable to B2B engagements.

7) Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR/KVKK)

Helixon processes business contact data and documentation as necessary to provide consulting services and perform KYC/AML checks. We aim to process only what is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.
